Account Manager – Buildings Division

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join the Buildings Division of our group. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, managing their accounts effectively, and driving business growth. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding client needs and delivering solutions that align with company objectives.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in Account Management for multimillion pound accounts and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple high profile accounts and projects simultaneously.  Whilst it would be advantageous to understand our product range, consideration would be given to a candidate with the right experience from other industries.

Key responsibilities

  1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
  2. Build and maintain strong, long term relationships
  3. Understand clients’ goals, challenges and industry trends
  4. Identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
  5. Present new products and or services to existing customers
  6. Provide regular reports on account status including forecasting
  7. Gather and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  8. Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times
  9. Proficient in CRM systems and customer dashboards
